HiChord
Pocket Audio is run by a successful musician who long held the dream of having a device to help him compose new music by playing notes that were always in tune. HiChord was born! He came to us a few days before the Kickstarter launch asking us to evaluate his cost to make sure he was being realistic. We enabled him to launch the device with confidence he could be profitable. But we did much much more. Since launch we completely rebuilt the mechanical CAD, we empowered his manufacturing plan by connected him with our key suppliers to keep costs down and introduced him to one of our preferred assembly factories in Malaysia. Beyond that we have become a key partner in the evolution of the product and a general business planning resource.
